I have a request. I need a punch that'll make the above opening. They call it a "euro slot punch" in, well, Europe. I think we can come up with something better. A girl can hope!

I looked for one....I thought it would be a fun surprise. They really don't have any anywhere. :(
I found a few, but they were international and way more expensive than I expected. I'd keep checking ebay since they had some from the UK, maybe someone will have one w/o international shipping.
could you use a slot punch and a circle hole punch?
